“I love my clients.”
What will you experience?
Many clients come to me with the burning questions: “Am I broken? Am I weird?” I’ll help give you a sense of what is and what isn’t normal in your life & relationships, and together, we’ll brainstorm solutions to the challenges you’re facing. You’ll leave feeling valued, seen, and heard, experiencing a fresh wave of hope, healing, and direction.
What’s my background?
I’m a leader, trainer, mentor, and coach—particularly passionate about helping my clients navigate and master the second half of life. As a speaker, I hope to captivate my audience with a personable presentation style and practical nuggets of wisdom, infused with authentic transparency, vulnerability, and heart. Drawing upon 60+ years of life experiences, a deep love for the Lord, and a unique background in counseling, law enforcement, disaster relief, and ministry, my hope is to be an influential voice of resiliency and hope.
There are multiple ways to connect with my team and I…
The Transformation Center
Temporarily numbing pain only results in deeper issues. Rather than seeking short term remedies, seek healing and total transformation.
A Listening Friend
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. We’re here to offer a non-judgmental listening ear when you need it the most.

Biography.
I started out my career path as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and now I’m back full circle after 25 years of experience as a police officer, crisis pastor, business woman, and disaster worker!
My husband, Tom, and I moved to Redding in 2007 for me to attend BSSM. I was the Director of Bethel’s Pastor on Call ministry from 2009-2016. I’m also a senior advisor with Bethel Global Response.
I know life doesn’t always turn out like we expected. I’ve experienced a lot of deeply painful life experiences myself. Yet I’ve been told (and know) that I’m a carrier of hope and resiliency. I’m very solution-focused and believe in looking at the pieces we have in our hands today to figure out how to move forward. I believe that when someone invites you into their life, it’s a sacred space. I lean heavily on the Holy Spirit to guide me in each session. He always shows up with wisdom and love.
Closest to my heart are my husband, my daughter in heaven, and my 2 sons, a daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren who live in Colorado.
I love many things but a warm beach, puzzles, riding my bike, watching the birds feeding in my backyard, easy hikes, and coffee dates with friends are a few of my favorites.
